I pray for Jill this morning and ask you, Lord, to give her relief from pain. Help her to endure, keep her from rash decisions and give her peace. Help Clarke to cope with what his wife is going through, and give him faith. In Jesus' name, amen.
Lord, you are higher than any other, you are seated on the throne and your train fills the temple! You said that if Jesus was lifted up he would draw all men unto him. Glory to you, Jehova Rafah, the God who heals.
Jill is in excruciating pain from the cancer in her jaw. She is at the end of her endurance, and Clarke is also wearing down. I pray first for healing, then for successful treatment, then for respite. Please give all concerned with her care wisdom and patience, and bring peace to her and to Clarke. Bless Jane as she takes care of her sister. In Jesus' name, amen.
Jill Watkins was taken back to M.D. Anderson Hospital in Houston yesterday for further testing to determine additional treatment options. Please pray for Jill to have relief from the pain she has been suffering and for her doctors to have clarity as to what future treatments would be best for Jill.
Glory and honor and power and praise, majesty and kingship and all authority is given unto Jesus, and by his stripes we are healed!
Lord, please guide the doctors and the nursing staff that will be taking care of Jill at M.D. Anderson Hospital. Lead them to ways to lessen the incredible pain that Jill is in. Give them knowledge about treatment for her to get through and over this. Give Jill life, Lord, full and glorious and without pain! Help Clarke get through this, drawing closer to you and leaning on you when he cannot understand how any of this could be your will in Jill's life. I know that you have not caused her suffering, but will use it to her advantage and to Clarke's if they will let you. I pray that they do, in Jesus' name, amen.
