My wife, Valerie, had successful spinal fusion surgery yesterday and is doing well. She is already up and walking a little and her pain is greatly reduced. She will probably go home from the hospital tomorrow. Please pray for quick healing and total relief from pain.
Great and Mighty are you Lord our God! You are high and lifted up! Every knee shall bow and every tongue confess that you are God! Thank you for the good report!
I lift Valerie before you and ask for your grace to be extended to her through the healing process. Would you shorten the time her healing takes, please Lord?
Please also pray for my wife's sister, Chrystal Lawrence. She is in surgery this afternoon for uterine cancer. Pleae pray the doctors get it all and that she has quick healing.
Dear Lord, I can't think of many things more frightening than cancer, because your own body attacks you, running rampant and amok and claiming more and more territory with each passing hour. I pray that Chrystal's surgery was successful, that all the cancer was caught and removed, and that she heals quickly. Please keep this awful disease from returning! In Jesus' name, amen.
